Face bears various crossed-out manuscript charge marks which end up with a manuscript charge mark "7". There is also a red Examiners "flower" mark on face. Reverse bears a red "D/SEP19/1805" datestamp and an indistinct BRISTOL mark. Letter says:- My Lord, So much time has elapsed since my first offer to your Lordship of my Seven-Oaks property without having arrived at any conclusion that I am under the necessity of requesting a definitive answer from your Lordship within a week, and of adding that in case your Lordship should become the purchaser. I shall depend on receiving interest on the purchase money from the date of any offer - I have the honour to be Your Lordships obedient and most humble servant - James Boorder. £20.00 PH 426
